About

ABOUT US

Iron Maiden Books web site is a central station for all fans of official and unofficial books related to Iron Maiden, their current and former members, fans of the band and all other Iron Maiden related links. Our goal is to promote both reading and writing, by giving space to all authors to promote and sell their books for free using our platform, and that our customers can find all the relevant news about new available books, plans, ideas and pre-sales in one place, as well as read interviews with the authors and find out many other interesting facts. The initiator of this idea is Stjepan Juras, the world-renowned Iron Maiden-related author and biographer, whose strictly limited, premium books you can find and buy on this website.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Iron Maiden Books, we take every order seriously and strive to make it to the end customer in mint condition. Each item is carefully packed in custom made hard paper boxes and protected from moisture. However, during delivery, it is always possible that in the middle of unprofessional or intentionally inappropriate handling, minor or major damage to the product may occur. In principle, with the delivery of any books anywhere in the world and through any web shop, small forms of bruising and similar anomalies are possible, despite all the protection measures taken. In this case, Iron Maiden Books cannot offer a refund. In case of significant damage, Iron Maiden books offers a mandatory replacement before any refund, and a refund is available if the item arrived significantly damaged and has been sold out in the meantime. The return option does not apply to books, but only to t-shirts, if they come in the wrong size or color. However, before the return, the mandatory replacement is applied here as well. The customer can contact the web shop at any time via the specified email contacts.
